**Your mission**:
You will be part of Olympia Investment company as Customer Care Admin working with Playtomic's booking system.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Help customers to perceive the highest satisfaction and comfort. Contacts will come from sport clubs using the Playtomic booking system and from players who make reservations through Playtomic app or website
- Boosting Playtomic matches and the incidences that happen in them.
- Be in contact with club managers giving them the right feeling and feedback on the things that are happening in their club.
- Report in the most accurate way bugs and feedback coming from our users. We want to provide the best experience for our customers, you will be part of this process
- Be in charge of Customer's happiness. A happy customer is a loyal customer
**Our Ideal "Player"**:
- Around 1 year experience in Customer Care/ Reception
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of Excel and other productivity tools
- Great accountability and personal organization
- Proactive and curious, with the aim to improve continuously
- Able to demonstrate high empathy to our customers
- Lover of problem-solving in all the possible circumstances
- Native in Italian and Spanish
- Racket sports lover
- Based in Madrid (our offices are in Calle Lagasca 88)

- M-F: AM (9-15h)
- M-F: PM (15-22h)
- Weekends S-S: AM (9-15h)
- Salary between 18000 gross
