**Descripción**:
Due to our upcoming opening of Gran Hotel Taoro, 5* luxury hotel in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife), and as part of the ongoing expansion of the hotel portfolio, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic candiate to take on the Sales Manager position within our cluster sales structure.

**Overall objective of the position**:

- Business development.
- Manage key accounts.
- Grow sales for the hotel portfolio in the luxury segment.
- Develop and execute the hotel's sales strategies (offline and online) for the achievement of the set targets.

**Core work responsibilities**:

- Analysis of the current customer account base and prospecting of potential target markets for the hotel.
- Propose strategies and tactics in order to maximise the volume of business needed for the properties.
- Co-ordination of pricing strategy and offers with the Revenue department.
- Handling of the budget items assigned to your responsibility.
- Participate as required in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Developing promotional materials to attract business in your markets.
- Communicating effectively to the database with promotions and product and/or operational updates.
- Organise and participate in educational trips and inspection visits for the promotion and further positioning of the hotel portfolio.
- Participating in relevant events and fairs and identifying other events of interest for the continued promotion of the hotels.
- Addressing and resolving any sales related problems or complaints.
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage business and foster product loyalty.
- Responsible for the Tour Operator channel in your markets.
- Management of Luxury travel agency consortias to enhance direct sales.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager in 4/5* Holiday Hotels.
- English and German speaking (native speaker or C1).
- Studies in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing or Sales and Distribution.
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Work well with a variety of different people.
- Strong negotiating skills.

Dada la próxima apertura del Gran Hotel Taoro en Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) estamos ampliando nuestro equipo comercial y seleccionamos un/a Sales Manager.

**Objetivo general del puesto**:

- Desarrollo de negocio de nuevos clientes potenciales.
- Administrar grandes cuentas.
- Crecer ventas de los hoteles del portafolio en el segmento de lujo.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar las estrategias de ventas del hotel (offline y online) para la consecución de los objetivos establecidos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Análisis de la base de cuentas de clientes actual y prospección de posibles mercados objetivo para el hotel.
- Proponer estrategias y tácticas para poder maximizar el volumen de negocio necesario para la propiedad.
- Coordinación de la estrategia de precios y ofertas con el departamento de Revenue.
- Manejo de las partidas de presupuesto asignadas a su cargo.
- Participación en la medida requerida en la confección de presupuestos y previsiones.
- Desarrollar materiales promocionales para la captación de negocio en sus mercados.
- Comunicación efectiva a la base de datos con promociones y actualizaciones del producto y/u operativa.
- Organizar y participar en viajes educacionales y visitas de inspección para la promoción y continuo posicionamiento de los hoteles.
- Participación en eventos y ferias relevantes e identificar acciones de interés para la continua promoción de los hoteles.
- Abordar y resolver cualquier problema o queja relacionada con ventas.
- Mantener relaciones positivas con los clientes para alentar negocios y fomentar la fidelidad al producto.
- Responsable del canal de turoperación en sus mercados.
- Gestión de consorcias de AAVV para potenciar la venta directa.

**Competencias y perfil del puesto**:

- Demostrar alta capacidad de organización.
- Hablar inglés y alemán (nativo o C1).
- Exhibir excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
- Estar dispuesto a viajar para atender actividades y eventos en sus respectivos mercados.
- Pensamiento creativo y analítico.
- Capacidad de crear y mantener una gran red de clientes.
