**Your work environment**
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales Team based in La Rioja. The Jobholder is responsible for developing and overseeing business activities and strategies to meet the revenue, sales and profit targets set by the Sales Management.
**Your mission at Eviosys**
- The regional sales manager for La Rioja area, being responsible for the price and sales volume targets set.
- Understand and manage the complexity of the clients in each area.
- Responsible for achieving price and sales volume targets.
- Delivering outstanding results in terms of cost reduction and value contribution.
- Coordinate with other departments and areas of the organization to ensure the correct customer service and continuous improvement, contributing your knowledge of the market and the customer.
**About you**
This position requires a safety mind-set and a strong work ethic &:
- University Degree & Master’s degree in Commercial Management will be a plus.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the packaging and canning industry.
- Customer Focus.
- Organizational Agility.
- Business Acumen.
- Managing Vision & Purpose.
- 3/5 years commercial experience, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other language an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills.
