Position: Development Manager

Report to: Head of Spain Office
Gender: Male is preferred
Age: Under 35 is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the head of local office in researching developing strategies and policies, collecting the preliminary project policies and interpretation of development policies, and developing large projects and blank resource projects in other countries;
2. Assisting the head of the local office to make the annual development plan of big projects and the development plan of blank resource countries;
3. Assisting the head of local office in the decomposition, implementation, tracking and dynamic adjustment of the regional development plan to ensure the implementation of the plan;
4. Following up national policies and industry development trends, collecting relevant policy information and data, and taking timely countermeasures to reduce risks and ensure the maximization of project benefits;
5. Comprehensively exploring resources acquisition, covering project approval, submission of supporting documents, project approval and other preliminary work;
6. Assisting in the construction and management of the wind measuring tower;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major;
2. More than 5 years working experience in renewable energy project development, including more than 3 years working experience in large projects;
3. Have good communication and coordination ability and execution ability, strong language and writing ability; Knowledge of Chinese is preferred;
4. Good physical condition, able to adapt to business trips;
5. Native Permanent Resident or Nationality.
