Revicasa is a company based in Madrid that specializes in inspecting residential and commercial properties to ensure a safe and secure purchasing process. Our mission is to help individuals purchase their homes with peace of mind, knowing that the property is in good condition or that any defects have been detected and quantified.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Revicasa located in Madrid. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the sales process. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.


Responsibilities:


Prospecting: Identify and cultivate potential leads. Qualifying: Assess client needs and match them with our solutions. Demo: Conduct engaging product demonstrations. Handling objections: Overcome client concerns with finesse. Closing: Seal the deal and secure contracts. Meeting goals: Exceed sales targets consistently. Coordinating: Collaborate with marketing programs for seamless efforts. Promoting: Champion company programs and values. Client visits: Build relationships through client interactions. Event participation: Represent us at industry events to enhance brand visibility. Record keeping: Maintain meticulous client records.


Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related fieldStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamKnowledge of the real estate industry is a plusFluency in both Spanish and EnglishBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
