Sollux Lighting is a growing e-commerce company looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales and the ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales Management: Driving and developing sales of the company's brands to key customers, including ensuring that the product range is fully available and introducing new products.
- Sales planning: Developing and executing sales plans, implementing sales strategies, preparing reports, and customised customer collaboration solutions.
- Sales negotiations: Conducting effective negotiations with key customers, from preparation to finalization of commercial agreements.
- Analysis and reporting: Preparing analyses, reports and presentations on customer cooperation, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Budget management: Effective management of the allocated budget for client cooperation.
- Initiating sales actions: Recommending and implementing sales support activities, both in terms of communication and promotion.
- Interdepartmental cooperation: Actively collaborate with other company departments to maximize sales results.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a Key Account Manager or similar, in the e-commerce sector.
- Registered business activity required
- Very good knowledge of English (min. level C1).
- High communication and negotiation skills.
- Practical knowledge of working with CRM systems.
- Ability to analyse data and prepare reports and presentations.
