TEKYN, a committed player in sustainable fashion, develops the most innovative and intuitive software, hardware and service solutions to make the shift to digitalization accessible to all players in the têxtile industry.

And, because the success of a connected têxtile industry is also based on change management and human interactions, our collaborators accompany the different actors (brands, garment factories, weavers, printers) at each step to guarantee the adoption of the new tools by all.

**MISSIONS**

As a Senior Key Account Manager at TEKYN, **you will manage your customers Portfolio after they have been signed by the hunt team.**

This mission is about developping the business with your partners (and their partners) in their transition to a more digitalize, responsible and profitable production, throughout their partnership with TEKYN.

More precisely you will:

- Be responsible of your customers development portfolio.
- Support to design, improve and adapt commercial methods and strategies to local requirements.
- Strengthen TEKYN position in your region.
- Advocate for your ideas while being facts based and ambitious.
- Identify and prioritize the current and future needs of your partners.
- Manage internal project involving various teams: marketing, communication, product team, support, engineering teams...
- Analyze performance, share the learnings and promote better business behaviours.
- Be hands on and have a positive construction mindset.

**PROFIL**
- Experience within the ready-to-wear and or têxtile industry (will be strongly appreciated) Have an experience as: sales, account manager or customer success (is a must)
- Proficient (C1 at least) in English + Spanish AND/OR Portuguese. French will be a plus.
- Able to monitor and forecast her/his/its area.
- Understanding of local culture and local network or integration.
- Experience with SaaS industry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to interact with a wide range of decision-makers (from operational to general management).
- Positive mindset and able to see opportunities in challenges.

- Motivated to join a growing project and team, in start-up and agile mode

Full remote from the country possible according to profile.
