CORE JOB DUTIES
- Identify International Key-Accounts together with the Business Planning division:

- Big construction Companies
- Big Survey Companies
- Big Engineering Companies
- Negotiate all key accounts framework contracts
- Identify the needs of the International Key-Accounts
- Identify the major projects to come, and collect all necessary information to identify the customer needs for that project, inform our partners or subsidiaries, put in place an operational strategy around the complete life of the project
- Manage and develop the tools and services for the animation of key account sales
- Deploy the sales strategy to increase turnover and margin
- Develop new tools and services for key accounts
- Analyse company performance and define action plans
- Teamwork with our subsidiaries and partners
- Interacting with key Machinery partners and major accounts.
- Engage with large accounts
- Lead pilot projects
- Monitor sales activity against budget.
- Provide sales forecasting and progress reports
- Travelling intensively for approximately 60% of your working time across EMEA

Education & Experience
- 7+ years in business development a Key accounts manager and/or sales position or industry experience from the customer side.
- Having a real network with this type of customer and your qualities are recognized by the profession
- Solid experience in sales and in the management of key accounts or experience at Key accounts
- Proven experience in Construction business or Survey business

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Commercial and interpersonal skills (communication, coordination) and prospecting methodology
- Ability to work in a transversal way
- Up to date with current Construction and or Survey practice and implementation of site / field workflows would be a real advantage
