Key Account Manager

**Your mission as our Account Manager will be to**:
- Create and manage long-lasting relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of each integration of all assigned accounts - from onboarding to launch live.
- Provide ongoing advice and support for all assigned clients during their active usage of our products.
- Collaboration with the different departments involved.
- Act as first escalation point for client issues and makes sure it is further escalated to the next level when necessary.
- Responsible for the full client satisfaction.
- Working externally and internally to identify product improvements based on client needs
- Provide training and advice to clients as to the proper usage of our products.
- Collaborate actively with the assigned sales representative for the account in order to provide the maximum benefit to the client, considering also the company needs.
- Manage client queries and maintains all project management tools up-to-date.
- Support the manager of the department with all relevant matters to the proper functioning of the area;.
- Give ideas for improvement, both operational and general ideas.

- Fluent level of French and English.
