As **Client Development Manager** (f/m/d) you are jointly responsible for the support and strategic development of the accounts as well as the publisher support.

This position will be permanent employment planned.

**Job Description**:

- account management with the goal of sales development or success increase
- support and acquisition of strategic publishers/affiliates
- independent customer management and strategic optimization of accounts
- communication with publishers/affiliates and interested parties
- regular controlling and reporting of KPIs to the customer
- preparation of sales and competition analyses
- Market observation, representation at trade fairs and events

**Qualifications**:

- at least **3 year Online/Affiliate Marketing KnowHow**:

- distinctive customer orientation and communication skills
- good technical understanding of web technologies (tracking pixels) and metrics (CPCs, CPAs, CPLs, ROAS, ROIs, etc)
- analytical skills and numerical reasoning
- confident handling of common office programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- team spirit and a confident appearance
