En **GRUPO ARESTORA **estamos seleccionando un/a **ACCOUNT COORDINATOR** para formar parte de **empresa líder en BRANDING & PACKAGING ubicada en MADRID.**

Con más de 25 AÑOS EN MERCADO, nuestro cliente es líder en diseño y rediseño de marca para empresas de sector Farma, Alimentación, Retail, Gran Consumo o Industria.

**¿QUÉ OBTENDRÁS POR PARTE DE LA EMPRESA?**
- Tendrás una **formación **al inicio, en las **cuentas vinculadas al sector farma** para que puedas gestionarlas en un corto espacio de tiempo.

- **PORTÁTIL** de empresa (**Mac**).
- **MÓVIL **de empresa (**iPhone**).
- **Salario: 22k.000-26.000€ b/a.**:

- **HORARIO**: Lunes a jueves de 9h a 14h y de 16h a 19h (posibilidad de parada de 1 hora para comida y salida a las 18.00 h.). Viernes de 8h a 15h.

**¿QUÉ FUNCIONES VAS A REALIZAR?**
- Serás interlocutor entre equipos responsables de gestión y los arte finalistas/diseñadores.
- Planificarás el trabajo interno y organizarás las tareas que se tienen que realizar.
- Serás el contacto con los clientes de forma diaria para establecer una comunicación fluida, adecuada y eficiente con ellos. Serás ese puente entre lo que necesita el cliente y los trabajos internos.
- Gestionarás trabajo de varias cuentas de forma paralela; serán clientes de diferentes sectores (farma, alimentación o industria).
- Realizarás el control a través de las herramientas internas de los presupuestos y facturas de cada cliente.
- Serás el apoyo al director y supervisora de las cuentas para distribución de tareas que se deban ejecutar.

**Requisitos**:
**¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA SER SELECCIONADO/A?**
- Formación en ADE
- De 2 a 4 años de experiência en empresa idealmente de servicios, realizando tareas dedicadas a gestionar requerimientos de clientes y organizar el trabajo interno.
- Buen manejo de paquete office (sobre todo Excel).
- Nível de inglés fluido, posibilidad de utilizarlo a nível profesional. (Se realizará prueba oral).
