The HR / Bamboo IT Consultant will be involved in the analyse, design and implementation of the IT HR system at Aircall.
He/She will collaborate with the Corporate Functions IT Director & the HR Ops across all business functions. He/She will support the HR Business in the definition of the processes and ensure the IT tools will enable the Business Goals.
**Key responsibilities in the position**:
- Scope the Business needs to provide IT support through the relevant HR tools.
- Manage the admin for the current IT HR tools (BambooHR).
- Owner of the Security / Rules on the HR tools
- Manage the connectivity between the IT HR tools (API / Connection).
- Document and Create Process models diagrams.
- Manage new releases of the tools.
- Look for the State of Arts of the HR tools.
- Participate in RFPs.

**Experience**:
- IT Consulting skills to understand the Business needs and current ecosystem
- Fluent english, another language would be a plus
- Management skills to drive the implementation of projects
- Communication skills to speak effectively to each stakeholder on a “business way”
