**Responsibilities**:
- In the role of HR & Office Admin, you will actively participate in HR activities and initiatives. You'll also take the lead on projects aimed at improving employee engagement, refining onboarding processes, enhancing training programs, and optimizing welfare activities.**HR Related Matters**
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities for employees in Madrid.
- Liaising with the global HR team to take part in different HR projects
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as leave management, and employment policies.
- Support our recruitment processes with admin aspects in the recruitment process including coordinating interviews.
- Full ownership of the planning and executing welfare events.
- General support of all HR activities in the Madrid office.

**Admin Related Matters**
- Build and maintain relationships with employees, and provide them support on various office-related topics.
- Responsible for managing relationships with different vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, making sure the workspace is organized and functional.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as an Office or HR Administrator, or similar role.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience working in a global company - a must.
- Experience working with HIRS - Must (HiBob - big advantage).
- Experience working for a fast-growing tech company - big advantage.
- Ability to capably handle multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate solid problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, with a “can-do” attitude, and engage others.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in **Spanish and English** both written and verbal.
