Vaším úkolem bude Business Development v oblasti fashion / módní doplňky **(více luxury, méně lifestyle, ale ne Dior..)**

Do našeho týmu přijmeme sympatického kolegu/kolegyni, na pozici BDM pro regiony**:ČR, SR, Maďarsko.**

**Bude se jednat o monitoring trhu, doporučení, které značky oslovit na spolupráci a které mají potenciál na distribuci.**

Jste-li komunikativní, máte příjemné vystupování a alespoň **aktivní angličtinu** - reagujte Hledáme komerčně orientovanou zajímavou osobnost s vášní pro módu. Mzda je atraktivní s fixem kolem 60 -75000 tis dle zkušeností + motivační bonusy. (máme 14 platů/rok).

Budete se pohybovat v oblasti fashion / retail / multibrands. Dostanete kvalitní zaškolení, marketingovou podporu, **automobil**, laptop, telefon a zajímavé benefity.

Ideální kandidát by již měl disponovat předcházející úspěšnou obchodní zkušeností. **KLÍČOVÁ JE PRO NÁS OSOBNOST KANDIDÁTA, SYMPATICKÉ A PROFESIONÁLNÍ VYSTUPOVÁNÍ A HLAVNĚ - OBCHOD V OBLASTI FASHION, DISTRIBUČNÍ KANÁLY A ZNALOST TRHU.**

**Vaše klíčové kompetence budou**:

- **Vedení obchodních jednání V OBLASTI LUXURY FASHION výrobními i distribučními společnostmi**:

- **Prohlubování povědomí o značce marketingovými a obchodními aktivitami, veletrhy, eventy**:

- Navyšování profitability obchodní divize skrze distributorskou síť, ale i napřímo
- Aktivní působení na trhu s cílem podpořit klíčové obchodní transakce
- Monitoring trhu, contract management
- Naplňování obchodní a marketingové strategie
- Účast na klientských akcích a veletrzích
- Business Development

- Sympaťáka s alespoň 3letou obchodní zkušeností s B2B / VO /Distribuce - v oblasti fashion (oblečení, obuv, doplňky,..)
- VŠ/SŠ vzdělání
- Dřívější působení ideálně na pozicích jako: Sales Representative, Project Manager, Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager,...)
- Deklarované obchodní úspěchy, velmi dobré prezentační dovednosti, samostatnost, flexibilita
- Velice dobré plánovací, organizační, analytické dovednosti
- Silná prozákaznická orientace, dynamická osobnost, team player
- Schopnost komunikovat anglicky (komunikativní +)
- Řidičský průkaz B a ochota cestovat
