**EIMS** is hunting for our next Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing, _**Blackberry**_team in the UKI region.

**What you will be doing**:

- Prospect and qualify leads and assess their needs, pain points, and purchasing intent.
- Manage renewals or upselling when needed.
- Engage with prospects to deliver compelling product/service Demo presentations and overcome objections.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment arrangements to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

**Who are you**:

- Minimum 1-year of outbound B2B sales experience working with C-level contacts.
- **Native level in the English language**:

- **Proven track record of closing deals/ revenue in a SaaS background.**:

- **Proven track record of managing renewing & upselling contracts in the SaaS background.**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
