From Walters People we are currently looking for Account Executives for a Saas Company. They are an international comany that wants to develope their business in Spain, Italy and Portugal and they are looking for the best Sales Profiles to grow hand to hand. You will be based in Barcelona but you will have the chance to develope international markets.

Mission:
You would play a Key Role in expanding the business on the B2B Landscape and also creating strong relationships with new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Selling and advising the services to the main targets
- Support in setting sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition
- Developing a portfolio of prospects through different Sales sources
- Managing the whole sales cycle, from initial prospect to finalising and closing the deal
- Analysing and understanding the need in order to propose appropriate solutions
- Negotiating contracts with clients
- Building and managing portfolios of clients across the appointed regions
- Participate in online and offline events
- Ensuring the quality of the customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages will be also valuable.
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development in a B2B environment
- Previous experience working in Saas or IT Sales
- Proficient user of CRM system and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous leadership experience or eagerness to progress into a management role would

be ideal for the role
- Conflict management and resolution skills
- Strong negotiation skills and team working spirit
