Headquartered in Norway, Rystad Energy is a rapidly growing company represented in more than 30 countries. The EMEA Commercial team is now seeking a dynamic individual to join our **Iberia** team as a **Client Success Manager** **(CSM),** responsible for fostering lasting client relationships and being a trusted advisor to our subscribers. You will collaborate with various Account Managers on a portfolio of customers to ensure each relationship is growing and developing in alignment with our business strategy and goals.
Tasks include working directly with users and key stakeholders to build and increase product adoption, uncover the need for new services, and maintain relationships across the organization. You will get the opportunity to develop and execute product-driven and segment-focused client retention and growth strategies, as well as helping clients realize the full value of Rystad Energy’s databases and analytics to help them deliver on their business outcomes. You will also work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, market research and training specialists to drive engagement and expansion across your client remit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong client advocates that enable the CSM to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Jointly define success criteria with clients by understanding their business challenges and goals
- Design and execute Engagement plans that set the strategy for onboarding, adoption and retention
- Together with account managers, take proactive measures to maximize retention and expansion within existing relationships
- Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure client’s technical/analytical needs are resolved in a timely manner
- Develop an understanding of Rystad Energy products and services and proactively help on identifying areas of improvement to increase market share and penetration.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams, including Product Managers and Client Solution
- Participate in industry and networking events to grow the Rystad Energy brand
- Maintain and leverage all client data and interaction records in the CRM system
- Contribute to the wider vision and strategy of the Client Success team
**Skills & Attributes for Success**
- University degree required. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese is an advantage.
- Spanish resident visa or EU citizenship required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in relevant energy sectors: Upstream Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Power markets, Low carbon solutions, Consulting, Business development, Market analysis, Strategy, among others.
- Proven experience working with market intelligence and database products is an advantage.
- Passionate about developing close relationships with customers and enabling their long-term success.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and Power BI is an advantage
- Strong focus on collaboration and teamwork across functions and regions
- Ability to work independently at times, be self-driven and resourceful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Power Point and Excel)
