You’d be joining a team of 150 passionate, ambitious people, growing in Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for someone to cover the maternity leave of a member of our client success team but it’s possible that after this period, depending on the workload of the team, you may join the team on a permanent basis. The right person for the job does not need any experience but should have the capacity to learn quickly and can communicate effectively. The person you will be covering, will be training you intensively for 1 month.

As a Junior Client Success Manager for Spain, you’ll be at the heart of our mission, responsible for ensuring every stakeholder, manager and employee hears about Wagestream and becomes an advocate.

You’ll work closely with our Spanish clients to understand their wider business objectives, company set-up and communications channels, offering a consultative voice that increases adoption, usage as well as understanding of the best awareness and success planning.

Alongside managing a portfolio of clients, you will work closely with the Spanish Integrations and Sales teams and will need to be able to interpret data and build out robust case studies to support tailored proposals for an optimized launch.

As the voice of our customers, you will know your clients inside out and will regularly share insights back to the business that enable us to understand how we can create more value for them across our entire base.

**The Team**:
As a Junior Client Success Manager you’ll be part of a wider high-performing CS Team in the UK, Spain, US, etc, adding to the continued success of our existing customer and employee base. The Spanish team is small but mighty, allowing you to work closely with team members and gain a rapid understanding of the business, whilst also working alongside your UK counterparts for knowledge sharing and learning best practice.

**Requirements**:
**What will you be doing?**:

- Support commercial meetings with senior stakeholders at enterprise clients, establishing incredible rapport and trust
- Building out detailed communications and awareness plans for each of your clients; identifying opportunities to ensure plans are highly tailored and reach the maximum number of people at your client. Your success will be measured by the adoption of the Wagestream app post 60 days from launch and our clients satisfaction.
- Using regular touch-points, including visiting your clients on site to really get under the skin of their unique set-up and learn about your client’s business priorities, you will guide them on how they can best leverage Wagestream to get there
- Looking out for any potential risks and escalating them if needed
- You’ll be the voice of our customers and will be expected to regularly share insights back with the wider business so we can improve our products, processes and sales offering
- Helping the engineering team with any information needed from our customers you will be the connecting point between customers and engineering
- Attending sales meetings and explaining the day to day of our clients, and what they can expect from Wagestream
- You’ll be a Wagestream Advocate - you'll live and breathe our brand, culture and values
