**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for a **_Client Success Manager_** to join our team in Spain, who will be responsible of planning and executing the campaigns and will be the internal and external coordination point to which all team members and clients look for input on key decisions that will drive great customer results.
You will need strong communication and project management skills and an attention to detail and have an interest in e-commerce.
Together with the Account Manager, you will be responsible for further developing the relationship with the client, which results in retention, advocacy, and client growth.
**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Client engagement: Work closely our client success and business development team to own the day-to-day management of a number of clients and their campaigns. The role involves working with clients to understand their campaign objectives, requirements and measures of success so as to plan and build great campaigns.
- Onboarding: Take on customer lead from Sales leads to onboard the client around requirements, expectations, reporting and timelines in delivering our services. Manage and coordinate internally into a smooth setup with all stakeholders to preset quality conditions for great results
- Delivering campaign success: Use data and insight to monitor campaign progress and manage internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver campaign KPIs and long-term client engagement.
- Customer Advocacy: collaborate closely with business development teams to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Referral Management: actively engage in the sales and marketing process by identifying and creating testimonials, referrals, leads, opportunities and marketing content.
- Project management: being able to manage multiple clients and campaigns.
- Collaboration & communication: maintaining regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their campaigns.
- Innovation: use client feedback to continuously look for improvements to our offering.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of being in a client success role working with clients to plan and manage their campaigns/deliveries.
- A strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and the ecommerce environment.
- Client centric, collaborative and detail oriented, experienced working with large enterprise customers and willing to deliver excellent client service.
- Highly organized, with excellent performance in team and time management.
- Excellent communication, communicates clearly, regularly and proactively with stakeholders across all levels, from junior to senior and internal and external.
- Building and maintain relationships, while working to drive engagement, retention and advocacy.
- Analytical and systems skills. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, familiar with social media tools, while being comfortable in project management and CRM systems.
- Results and solution-oriented with the nerve to make decisions.
- Spanish is your native language, but you also speak and write excellent English.
