We are looking for a senior Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As part of the Customer Success team in the Spanish market, you are responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions. You will work closely with the Sales, Account Management and technical teams. You will be the CRO expert guiding the customer through the best practices & learnings. This position will cover clients in the Spain/Italy/LATAM/Portugal markets. Note: We are looking for a native Spanish speaker, with a working proficiency in English. What you will do:Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio, being retention the maximum priorityBuild loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customersUndertake operational and methodological training for major accountsSupport clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaignsAnalyze and identify new areas for optimization following data analysisMaximize your portfolio's expansion while minimizing churn and contractionHelp the Sales team with the onboarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)What we're looking for:University degree in Engineering or any technical degreeMinimum of 5 years working experience in a related digital field as a Customer Success Manager or any Consulting roleAnalytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable testing ideas, data-driven mindsetMandatory moderate to advanced knowledge of Front-end technologies (Plain Javascript, any other front-end framework, CSS…)Previous experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Tag Commander, Adobe, etc..), Analytics tools, CRO tools (ABTasty, Content Square, Optimize, Optimizely, Kameleoon, VWO, etc...) will be highly valuableStrong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organizedAbility to punctually travelExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and proficiency in EnglishWhat we offer:Flexible remote policy: 3 days per week from homeA fair and competitive salary packageEmployee Stock Ownership planTraining programsAn equipment budget of 240 euros to work comfortably from homeSeminars and team buildings
