We are Trucksters, a digital transport operator based on truck relays, one of the fastest growing Spanish startups. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated **Senior Partner Success Manager** to join our team and manage the relationships with our Partners and the processes that make it a success.

We are seeking a **Senior Partner Success Manager** to join our team to ensure the satisfaction and success of our truck fleet managers, who are our valued partners. The **Partner Success Manager** will work closely with our partners to understand their needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, monitoring their performance, and providing proactive engagement.

**As Partner Success Senior Manager you will**:

- Build strong relationships with our partners to understand their needs and priorities.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates on key metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and work with partners to develop solutions.
- Proactively address partner concerns and resolve issues as they arise together with our Partner Support team.
- Collaborate with other teams to build processes that ensure partner satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to management on partner satisfaction and performance.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in a client or partner-facing role, such as consulting, investment banking, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing processes and programs that have led to measurable improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and act proactively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages might be a plus.
