**¿Qué buscamos?**

Estamos buscando un Customer Success que le encante hacer feliz a los clientes. Tu principal función será hacer el onboarding de nuestros clientes, cuidarlos, solventar sus necesidades y hacer que se enamoren del producto Twenix para poder renovarlos posteriormente. Tu objetivo es convertirte en el mejor amigo del cliente y sobre todo, ayudarlos a ahorrar tiempo e inversión a los equipos de HR.

Muy importante Buscamos una persona con al menos 2 años de experiência como Customer Success Manager, especialmente en Marketplaces y SaaS.

**¿Qué harás en el día a día como Customer Success Manager?**
- Crear relaciones significativas con los clientes tras el proceso de post-venta, con el fin de convertirte el/la mejor amiga de los clientes.
- Onboarding de clientes para enseñarlos a utilizar la plataforma y compartir best practices.
- Detectar necesidades de up-sellings y cross-sellings además de renovar y aumentar la cuenta una vez finalizado el proceso de formación.
- Comunicar las necesidades de los clientes al equipo de producto para seguir creando soluciones que aporten valor.
- Gestionar la cartera de clientes y hacer que su experiência durante la formación sea la mejor posible.

**Must have**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência trabajando en una función de Customer Success, gestión de cuentas o similar, preferiblemente en estructuras de ventas Outbound B2B.
- Eres nativo italiano, y dominas el español tanto escrito como hablado.
- Has trabajado con Hubspot anteriormente o cualquier CRM similar.
- Tienes experiência con cuentas medianas (50-500 empleados). Se valora que hayas tenido experiência con perfiles de HR.
- Controlas de procesos internos. Te gustan los datos y tener un sistema de trabajo en tu día a día.
- Te encanta el trato con las personas y estás obsesionado/a por encontrar las mejores soluciones para los clientes. No te valen los NOes.
