**FUNCTIONS**: Startup tecnológica en plena expansión y crecimiento está buscando incorporar a su equipo de Madrid un Customer Success Manager que reportará directamente al Director Comercial de la compañía.

Requisitos: Perfil consultor Experiência en proyectos de implantación de soluciones tecnológicas o en inclusión de nuevos departamentos al uso de una herramienta. Experiência en adopción de nuevas herramientas por clientes Capacidades de comunicación con cliente. Ha de ser una persona muy enfocada en generar una relación de confianza con el cliente y con capacidades de empatía. Capacidad de traducir requisitos o mejoras de negocio, en documentos funcionales para compartir con el equipo técnico. Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de clientes, principalmente: CRM (HubSpot) Customer Success (ChurnZero) Conocimiento medio/alto en el manejo de MS Excel y PowerPoint Orientación al detalle (Muy importante) Interés por la venta y el upselling Trabajo en equipo Motivación de crecimiento y voluntad de ayudar en tareas diversas 5 años de experiência Buena presencia y capacidad de representación Nível de inglés medio

Sus principales funciones serán gestionar la relación con los clientes y analizar el nível de satisfacción de los mismos. Además, será responsable de identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, formando constantemente a los usuarios y solucionando los posibles problemas.
