Como parte de nuestro crecimiento, te buscamos a ti, un Customer Success Analyst que ayude a nuestros clientes a maximizar el valor que brindamos.

Sobre el rol:

Tu mayor responsabilidad será gestionar y ser punto de referencia para nuestros clientes.Resolverás y gestionarás los problemas del cliente y te convertirás en su partner de confianzaRealizarás tareas de análisis de datos: Crearás y construirás informes en excel y gestionarás dashboards.También evaluarás indicadores de rendimiento y resultados de los clientes.Medirás su satisfacción, previniendo situaciones que puedan poner en riesgo la relación con ellos y harás follow up frecuente sobre sus proyectos.Construirás relaciones sólidas que garanticen su satisfacción.Realizarás presentaciones y gestionarás reuniones de manera presencial y onlineTrabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Soporte, Development y Retention & Growth, asegurando de que se comprendan las necesidades del cliente y de que maximice el potencial de la solución ORQUEST.Sobre ti:Eres una persona planificadora (excepcionalmente organizada y orientada a procesos) pero también creativa y estratégica.Focus cliente: confiable, muy empático, proactivo y prestas atención a los pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia.Tienes disposición para aprender.Tienes muy buen conocimiento de excel y en la creación de informesTienes una mente orientada a los datos y habilidades analíticas que te permiten saber leer los datos y proporcionar perspectivas procesables para fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes.Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, y sabes adaptarte a varios estilos de comunicación.Estás orientado a resultados y soluciones.Idiomas: Inglés C1 es necesario para el puesto. Otros idiomas adicionales serán bien valorados.

Sobre tu experiencia:
