En el equipo de Cabify España, estamos buscando la persona idónea para que se incorpore como Partnership Manager Misión del puesto: Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y ejecutor. Liderarás el área encargada de desarrollar el ecosistema de alianzas estratégicas con partners con el objetivo de hacer crecer el negocio, ampliar y fortalecer la relación con nuestro público objetivo y potenciar la visibilidad de la marca. ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión? Buscamos un Partnerships Manager para formar parte del equipo de Cabify España, cuyo rol estará enfocado principalmente en: Definir y liderar la estrategia y el ecosistema de partners estratégicos y alianzas comerciales que potencien el crecimiento de Cabify y sus stakeholders, con visión de corto, mediano y largo plazo - acorde a los objetivos y prioridades definidas por la compañía a nivel local y global. Identificar, captar y desarrollar la relación con potenciales socios comerciales, que permitan crecer, retener y fidelizar a las diferentes audiencias de la compañía, conductores, usuarios y empresas. Identificar y coordinar la participación de Cabify en espacios de interés público para el posicionamiento de sus pilares de marca. Liderar y ejecutar proyectos de ámbito regional que potencien las prioridades definidas para España en lo que respecta a negocio, sostenibilidad y posicionamiento sobre nuestros atributos claves. Desarrollar herramientas de gestión y planificación de proyectos que apoyen a los equipos de trabajo involucrados. Asegurar los mecanismos efectivos para definir, monitorizar y optimizar los KPIs asociados a los distintos proyectos e iniciativas del área, asegurando procesos de medición y reporting efectivos. Desarrollar la relación comercial con los diferentes partners y mantener una comunicación constante en pro de nutrir cada relación con los diferentes stakeholders y abastecer de información a los equipos para la identificación de oportunidades y tomas de decisión. Identificar y potenciar proyectos de impacto social, económico o ambiental para el negocio. Requisitos: Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Relaciones Internacionales, Economía o un campo relacionado. Estudios de posgrado o certificaciones en áreas relevantes (MBA, gestión de proyectos, etc.) son un plus. Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con partnerships, desarrollo de negocio, gestión de alianzas o áreas afines. Experiencia demostrada en la creación y mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas y duraderas con partners estratégicos
