We are looking for experienced partner managers to join our rapidly growing ecosystem organization. Within the Technology Partnerships team, the Partner Manager will own and manage business relationships with key and general technology partners and is responsible for identifying and ensuring successful execution of marketing activities, strategic plans, expansion of the technology relationship, and organizational alignment with their partners. Successful partner managers have a strong understanding of partner needs, the overall market we operate within, and our product. Success requires deep collaboration with many different stakeholders across our business. What you'll do: Manage a portfolio of named partners within our Technology Partnership team Develop a plan to enhance these partnerships and accelerate new business acquisition by connecting partner and Make strengths through strategic business planning Enable and support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners and other internal teams to drive new monetization. Uncover growth opportunities by expanding the partner's technology offerings on Make Establish and maintain critical relationships within the assigned partners with specific emphasis toward growing that partner business and increasing customer acquisition Represent the interests of the assigned partners to drive engagement and focus internally Be accountable for the ARR growth target and forecast Ensure 'Customer First' type of thinking for all partner planning
