Als Sales & Brand Partnerships Manager (f/m/d) treibst du bei uns das Neukundengeschäft voran und verantwortest, leitest und steuerst den gesamten Salesprozess. Eine deiner Hauptaufgaben besteht darin, dein bestehendes Business-Netzwerk sowie neue Werbekunden zu akquirieren. Wir suchen eine überzeugende People's Person, die unsere Core Services "Social Media Branded Channels" und "Influencer Marketing" beherrscht und Neukund:Innen für uns gewinnt. Deine Aufgaben Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Gewinnung von Neukund:Innen Aufbereiten und Präsentation unserer Credential sowie Vorstellung unserer Services bei Neukunden Analyse der Social Media Aktivitäten von Neukunden Beratung von Neukunden im Bereich Social Media, Branded Content und Influencer Marketing Durchführung von Neukunden-Pitches mit unseren Experten-Teams u.A. aus Strategie und Konzeption Erstellen von Angeboten und Führen von Verhandlungen Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Entwicklung von Neukunden zu Bestandskunden Dein Profil min. 3-5 Jahre Sales-Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Branded Content und Influencer Marketing Eigenes Businessnetzwerk Nachweisliche Erfolgsquote bei der Gewinnung von Neukund:Innen Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke Analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und verlässliche Arbeitsweise Begeisterung für die Werbe- und Agenturlandschaft Erfahrung mit der Vermarktung von Content Formaten Erfahrungen mit öffentlichen Ausschreibungen wünschenswert Teamplayer:In und Hands on Mentalität #J-18808-Ljbffr
