Senior Sales Executive, Shipping

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Shipping business as a Senior Sales Executive. The role involves developing a strong pipeline of large companies in Spain, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales. You will work closely with the Business Development team to improve the product and delight Amazon customers.
You will be responsible for establishing top-level relationships with customers, assessing their needs, and finding the best solutions for them. You will also be expected to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make things happen.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership. You will be a self-starter who can shift between strategic thinking and execution to deliver results.
The role will be based in Madrid and will involve moderate travel within Spain. You will be part of the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and direction.
The key responsibilities of the role include leadership, customer relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and business development. You will be responsible for bringing new customers to Amazon, developing the volume of shipping packages, and ensuring good conversion rates while maintaining profitability.
The basic qualifications for the role include a Bachelor's degree, experience in business development, sales, and account management. You will also need to be proficient in Spanish and English.
The preferred qualifications include an MBA and experience in the B2C logistics industry.
