Strategic Business Development Manager, Amazon Shipping

#### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team in Spain. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of the largest companies in Spain, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales. You will also collect market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight Amazon customers.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Leadership: Be part of the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and direction
* Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong top-level relationships with potential future strategic customers
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customers
* Dive deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address them
* Business development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rate, and do it with profitability in mind
#### Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in business development, sales, and account management
* Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Strong ownership and deliver results
* Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
* Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals
* Professional in Spanish and English
#### Preferred Qualifications
* MBA
* Experience in the B2C logistics industry
* Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
