This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch and development of a new business within Amazon Shipping. We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of large companies in Spain, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales. They will also collect market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight Amazon customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Be part of the organization's leadership team and help implement the overall strategy and direction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong top-level relationships with potential future strategic customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the needs of customers.
  • Dive Deep: Measure performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address them.
  • Business Development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, ensure good conversion rate, and do it with profitability in mind.

This role will be based in Madrid and will require moderate travel within Spain. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in business development, sales, and account management, and demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
