Exciting Opportunity in Amazon Shipping Business

This is a unique chance to join a new team in the Amazon Shipping business, driving growth and innovation in the Spanish market. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead the Business Development team in Spain, focusing on developing strong relationships with top companies and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Contribute to the organization's leadership team, helping to shape the overall strategy and direction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and develop a product that meets customer needs.
  • Dive Deep: Analyze performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead the team to address them.
  • Business Development: Bring new customers to Amazon, develop the volume of shipping packages, and ensure profitable growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in business development, sales, and account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA.
  • Experience in the B2C logistics industry.
