As part of the Spanish Partnerships team, your mission will be to drive acquisition on our Key Segment (Micro, Small, & Company Creators) by sourcing new partnerships and scaling existing partners to reach our ambitious goals. Additionally, the partnerships team has as secondary mission to drive Revenue and Retention). You will directly report to Raul, our Lead Partnerships in Spain, and work closely with the Growth, Strategic Projects, and Product teams. As a Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain at Qonto, you will:
- Identify, assess, and launch new partnership opportunities with top Spanish players;
- Manage and nurture key partners, developing common objectives and continuous improvements;
- Work with internal stakeholders to build business cases, legal documents, and Go-To-Market, marketing, and sales strategies;
- Develop, when required, a tailor-made approach to customer journeys & integrations in partnership;
- Work closely with other local teams and the Global partnerships team to ensure a smooth launch & continuous improvement;
- Be accountable for the delivery of meaningful partnerships, in line with overall profitability and growth objectives;
- Identify blockers andprovide recommendations for improvements of team processes. What you can expect
