- and external stakeholders, how we jointly leverage our different experience and skills, and bring together a deep understanding of our market, and industry.**Your Role**- Design, develop, and implement channel sales programs collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business goals. _- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for these channel sales programs and regularly analyze program performance against these metrics. _- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of channel sales program initiatives. _- Maintain open and regular communication channels with (in
- and external) stakeholders to address concerns, share updates, and ensure a cohesive partnership. _

**What You Will Bring**- Track record of developing, executing, and managing Channel Partner Programs and Incentives (5+ years experience) in the technology or software industry; experience with subscription vendor(s) is a plus. _- Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships. _- Detail-oriented strategist _- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. _- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. _- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. _- Bachelor's degree in business; MBA is a plus _
