En Highlander trabajamos para una agencia de marketing, especializada en estrategias de marketing digital para negocios B2B que está en búsqueda de un sales performance manager. Este rol será clave para liderar el equipo de business development representatives (BDR), optimizar el proceso de cualificación de leads y asegurar que los clientes de la agencia estén completamente preparados para cerrar ventas de manera efectiva.La persona seleccionada gestionará el equipo de BDR, formará a los clientes en técnicas de ventas y auditorías, y garantizará que la estrategia de marketing y ventas se traduzca en el éxito comercial de los leads cualificados.¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?Gestionar y liderar el equipo de SDR / BDR, definiendo y monitoreando KPIs, proporcionando formación y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas.Realizar auditorías de ventas a los clientes, identificando áreas de mejora y proponiendo soluciones para optimizar su proceso de ventas.Desarrollar e impartir programas de formación en ventas tanto para el equipo interno como para los clientes, preparándolos para el cierre de ventas.Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para garantizar la correcta cualificación de leads y su conversión en ventas efectivas.Analizar el rendimiento de los SDRs y optimizar los procesos de generación y cualificación de leads.Trabajar estrechamente con los clientes para asegurar que lleguen preparados a las reuniones de ventas, listos para cerrar negocios con los leads cualificados.Garantizar el éxito de la estrategia de marketing y ventas alineando los esfuerzos del equipo de ventas con los objetivos comerciales.¿Quién eres?Tienes un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en roles de ventas, preferiblemente como account executive o roles similares.2-3 años de experiencia gestionando y formando equipos de ventas, con un historial comprobado de éxito.Experiencia en ventas B2B y conocimiento en estrategias de marketing digital.Experiencia en la implementación y uso de herramientas de CRM.Habilidad analítica para interpretar datos de ventas y optimizar el rendimiento del equipo.Capacidad para realizar auditorías de procesos de ventas y presentar recomendaciones basadas en datos.¿Qué te ofrecemos?Incorporarte a una agencia de marketing digital que se caracteriza por la alta cualificación de sus equipos de trabajo, con lo que te rodearás de un entorno de éxito y alto rendimiento.Salario competitivo con bonus por rendimiento, acorde a la responsabilidad del puesto.Trabajo remoto y flexibilidad.Acceso a formaciones especializadas en ventas y marketing.Requisitos mínimosMínimo 5 años de experiencia en roles de ventas en negocios B2B.Gestión de equipos de ventas B2B.Experiencia diseñando e impartiendo programas de formación y coaching en ventas para equipos internos y/o clientes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
