Catering to mid-size companies in high-ticket sales industries, we've achieved a remarkable growth rate and are looking for a Partner Manager to join our vibrant team and contribute to our vision.We are seeking a dynamic and adaptableExecutive Assistant to support the CEOof a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in the cutting-edge AI industry.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the company's leadership and contribute to its success during a critical growth phase.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage administrative tasks, including processing invoices and handling non-relevant emailsParticipate in recurring team meetings, taking notes and following up on action itemsCreate and refine company presentations for various stakeholdersAnalyze company data using spreadsheets and prepare reportsAssist with personal chores for the CEO as neededDocument processes and procedures to improve company efficiencyManage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointmentsIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsHighly adaptable and quick learnerProactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skillsComfortable working in a high-growth startup environmentEnthusiastic about the AI industry and its potentialFluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Excellent spreadsheet skills for data analysis (e.G., Excel, Google Sheets)Strong writing skills for email communication and report preparationProficiency in creating compelling presentation slides (e.G., PowerPoint, Google Slides)Detail-oriented with a passion for documenting processes and informationAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyBasic understanding of B2B SaaS business models (preferred but not required)EXPERIENCE:This position is open to junior candidates without prior experienceA background or interest in technology, particularly AI, is a plusBenefitsHybrid culture: you can choose between a full remote or a beautiful office in Barcelona (or both
