We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable **Executive Assistant to support the CEO **of a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in the cutting-edge AI industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the company's leadership and contribute to its success during a critical growth phase.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in recurring team meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
- Create and refine company presentations for various stakeholders
- Analyze company data using spreadsheets and prepare reports
- Assist with personal chores for the CEO as needed
- Document processes and procedures to improve company efficiency
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments

**IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Highly adaptable and quick learner
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
- Enthusiastic about the AI industry and its potential
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent spreadsheet skills for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Proficiency in creating compelling presentation slides (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
- Detail-oriented with a passion for documenting processes and information
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS business models (preferred but not required)

**EXPERIENCE**:

- A background or interest in technology, particularly AI, is a plus
