Desde Kapres Technology estamos buscando un Service Delivery Manager para trabajar con nosotros para un cliente lider en el sector de seguros.Como parte de la evolución de SOC de la empresa cliente, se ha creado una nueva plataforma de informes con la colaboración del socio externo. La plataforma se llama SSSP (SOC Self Service Portal). Proporciona informes y KPI basados en datos SOC de varias plataformas subyacentes y herramientas de monitoreo.Gestión del producto SSSP en colaboración con nuestro socio externo. Esto incluye:- Construir producto roadmap y un mecanismo de priorización relacionado- Gestión de la gobernanza con un socio externo- Gestión del presupuesto- Construir y mantener el caso de negocio del producto y el pronóstico del presupuesto.- Gestión de acceso de usuarios- Comprensión de datos y control de calidad.- Soporte y formación al usuario final.- Creación y mantenimiento de documentación.- Compatibilidad con la captura de requisitos y el caso comercial para otros productos de seguridad Informes de KPI como parte del rol.Requerimientos:- Conjunto de habilidades de analista de negocios o conjunto de habilidades de gestión de servicios/productos.- Inglés : obligatorio- Residencia actual en EspañaSe ofrece:- Contrato indefinido con nosotros- Trabajo remoto- Horario flexibleAt Kapres Technology we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to work with one of our clients who is a world-leading insurance company.As part of the client's SOC evolution, they have built a new reporting platform with collaboration with our external partner. The platform is called SSSP (SOC Self Service Portal). It provides reporting and KPIs based on SOC data from a number of underlying platforms and monitoring tools.**Responsibilities**:Managing SSSP product in collaboration with external partner. This includes:- Building the product roadmap and a related prioritisation mechanism- Managing governance with external partner- Managing budget- Building and maintaining product business case and budget forecast- User Access management- Data understanding and quality check- End user support and training- Documentation creation and maintenance- Supporting requirements capture and business case for other security products KPIs reporting as part of the role.**Requirements**:- Business analyst skillset or service / product management skillset.- English : mandatory- Must be currently living in SpainWhat can be offered:- Indefinite contract with us- Remote working- Flexible working hours
