Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfolgsorientierten Business Development Representative mit fließenden Deutschkenntnissen, der uns beim Ausbau der Vertriebspipeline unterstützt, indem er bei den Entscheidungsträgern unserer Zielunternehmen Interesse weckt und eingehende Leads schnell qualifiziert. Über das Team Das BDR-Team setzt sich aus internationalen Teammitgliedern zusammen, die sich auf lokale Märkte wie Frankreich, Italien, DACH, Spanien und das Vereinigte Königreich konzentrieren. Deine Mission bei Kantox: Werde zum Experten über Kantox Lösungsmöglichkeiten und die Mehrwerte, die wir Unternehmen in verschiedensten Branchen bringen. Effektiver Erstkontakt per Telefon/LinkedIn/E-Mail mit Entscheidungsträgern unserer Zielunternehmen. Qualifizierung von Leads durch Nutzung des Verständnisses der Kantox-Mehrwerte und Anwendungsfälle. Qualifizierung eingehender Leads (Inbound) als potenzielle Verkaufschancen durch erstmaligen Telefon- und E-Mail-Kontakt. Akribische Aufzeichnung von Interaktionen mit Leads in unserem CRM (Salesforce). Das solltest Du mitbringen: Master/Bachelor in Wirtschaft oder Finanzen Starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Ein echter Teamplayer, der bereit ist, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und zu helfen, wenn nötig Praktische Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Verkaufstechniken (einschließlich Kaltakquise) Ein hoch organisierter Profi, der selbstständig, motiviert und auf Ergebnisse fokussiert ist Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse Erfahrung in einer B2B-Vertriebs-/Business-Development-Rolle ist von Vorteil CRM-Erfahrung, insbesondere Salesforce, ist von Vorteil Unsere Kultur Eine Umgebung der Innovation, Verantwortlichkeit und konstruktiven Rückmeldung.
