Estamos convencidos del talento de todos nuestros empleados.Acerca del puesto: En Ferrero Iberica, estamos buscando un profesional de alto potencial para desempeñarse en el rol de National Key Account Manager - Modern Trade en Barcelona. Como National Key Account Manager su enfoque principal será gestionar y supervisar la relación con las entidades centrales de los clientes asignados a los canales, con el fin de negociar y firmar contratos y desarrollar las ventas. Apoyar al Modern Trade Manager en la definición de las estrategias de ventas (targets, programas, iniciativas comerciales y políticas promocionales) para los canales asignados.Principales responsabilidades: Budget Management: Asegura la alineación entre la gestión adecuada del presupuesto y los objetivos comerciales.Proponer un presupuesto de volumen de ventas.Proponer pronóstico de costes comerciales y de estructura asignada.Cumplir con las pautas de gasto, monitoreando el desempeño.Client Development: Identificar los impulsores de crecimiento para el futuro de los clientes asignados, sugiriendo prioridades de negocio por categoría/formato de tienda, acciones específicas para cumplir los objetivos de ventas, y oportunidades en toda la gestión de clientes.Desarrollar un plan de clientes que combina la política comercial del país con impulsos específicos de crecimiento del cliente.Destacar las brechas en el rendimiento del cliente, las causas y las posibles soluciones.A quién estamos buscando: Perfil:Graduado en carreras tales como Economía, Administración, Marketing, Dirección de empresas.Experiencia comprobable de más de 7 años en empresas de primera línea de Gran Consumo desempeñándose en áreas que impliquen el manejo de clientes y categorías, cumpliendo objetivos de venta agresivos.Habilidades informáticas: Competencia avanzada en aplicaciones MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Se valorará la experiencia en gestión de herramientas orientadas a análisis de datos.Idiomas: Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado.Requisitos: Deberá contar con licencia de conducir vigente.
