About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a strategic consultant, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs and requirements, proposing solutions that add value, and building long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute key account strategy to meet top national accounts in the country.
  • Directly responsible for key accounts, engaging with customers and Kuehne+Nagel's network to develop strong relationships.
  • Proactively identifies new opportunities to increase business footprint and solutions with assigned customers.
  • Regularly conducts structured review sessions to align and update customers on customer strategy and priorities.
  • Successfully controls monthly performance, monitoring volume, profitability, pipeline, and overdues.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed an academic degree, ideally with a focus on logistics.
  • 3+ years experience in related field: logistics, sales, and key account management.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive key account initiatives across geographies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industrial sector or similar fast-paced and dynamic industries.
  • High customer orientation and strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships.
