Head of Sales en HH Hunters Hola En HH Hunters estamos buscando un/a Head of Sales para nuestro cliente, una empresa de consultoría de reputación digital. Si eres un/a especialista en ventas con al menos 4 años de experiencia, esta oferta es para ti Funciones/Responsabilidades: Identificar y prospectar clientes potenciales en el sector de la reputación digital. Construir relaciones y establecer contactos con clientes potenciales y colaboradores. Comprender las necesidades del cliente y presentar soluciones de gestión de reputación digital. Cerrar ventas para llegar a los objetivos establecidos. Mantener un registro preciso de las actividades y el progreso de ventas en el sistema CRM. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar y ejecutar campañas de generación de leads. Participar en ferias y eventos de la industria para aumentar la visibilidad de la empresa. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y desarrollos en el campo de la gestión de reputación digital. Requisitos: Experiencia previa de al menos 4 años en ventas, preferiblemente en consultoría Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos y alcanzar objetivos de ventas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación Conocimiento profundo del mercado y tendencias actuales en reputación digital Beneficios: Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional en una empresa líder en consultoría de reputación digital Salario competitivo. Horario: lunes a jueves de 9-19 y viernes de 9-13. Modalidad: 3 días oficina, 2 días teletrabajo.
