Responsible for building, leading, developing, and motivating the sales team. Also, developing and implementing the sales strategy, achieving ambitious sales goals and providing continuous improvement.
His/her support in the design and implementation of the growth strategy is key.
Report to
Will report to the Head of Business Unit.
Functions and responsibilities
Responsible for recruiting, building, training and motivating the sales teams.
Negotiating deals with external sales partners.
Ensure the sales are done with the strict quality levels of the organization.
Provide expert advice on company services and/or products to clients.
Setting objectives and incentives.
Control of the budget and the relevant KPIs.
Close interaction with different stakeholders.
Competencies
A driven, result-oriented leader.
With a global view.
Ability to turn strategy into concrete actions.
Excellent leadership - and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn from others and share with others.
Experience
At least 10 years of work experience in Sales or related functions.
Industry experience is highly valuable.
Experience from a large organization is valuable.
Training
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or similar.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Languages
Working proficiency in Spanish and English
