• Define the strategy for the Iberian region in collaboration with the Chief of Sales.• Roll out and implement the roadmap and OKRs for the Iberian sales team.• Achieve revenue targets by securing new business opportunities and driving renewals and cross-selling.• Identify potential partners, prospects, and decision makers.• Recruit and support the development of the sales team.• Manage and help the team succeed in various sales cycles.• Participate in training programs and contribute to the team's development.
Requirements
• 8+ years of sales experience and 3+ years of managerial experience.• Knowledge of the Iberian market from a sales standpoint.• Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities.• Fluency in English and Spanish, French is a plus.• Entrepreneurial or senior sales leadership experience preferred.
