Join us as Head of Inbound Sales to lead tnext phase of our inbound sales channel, centralizing operations in Barcelona and driving our evolution from a business banking provider to a comprehensive financial management solutions provider.

‍‍ **As the Head of Inbound Sales at Qonto, you will**:

- **Lead the strategic centralization of our inbound sales teams in Barcelona**, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
- **Develop and implement a tailored sales methodology** that aligns with Qonto's unique position in the fintech market.
- **Critically assess our mix of in-house and external sales functions**, optimizing our approach to lead management.
- **Spearhead the hiring and development of a world-class inbound sales team**, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Utilize advanced analytics to **continuously refine our sales processes**, increasing efficiency and conversion rates.

**About your future manager**:

- You'll report to our CRO, Kenneth, (interim, with a VP of Product-Led Growth on the way), an experienced leader in fintech who values innovation, data-driven decisions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**About You**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in leading inbound sales functions, with hands-on experience in fintech or related B2B SaaS environments.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong analytical skills to harness sales data for strategic decisions.
- **Leadership**: Exceptional ability to coach and develop sales leads and managers, with a focus on nurturing talent.
- **Adaptability**: The agility to tailor sales strategies to diverse markets, backed by experience in at least two of Qonto's primary markets.
- **Tech Fluency**: A comfortable and competent user of contemporary sales and marketing technologies.
