Responsibilities
• Lead, develop, and expand the Spanish sales team• Strategize and drive sales initiatives• Build and maintain strong client relationships• Utilize solution selling and account-based marketing strategies• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Leadership• Oversee sales pipeline management• Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team• Offer strategic insights to the Marketing team• Coordinate with Technical Pre-Sales, Integration, and Compliance departments
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience• Demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams• Mastery in solution selling, negotiation, and consultative sales• Strong understanding of financial service products• Passion for technology, particularly in API-based and developer-centric products• Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English• Collaborative mindset• Based in Barcelona, open to travel up to 30%• Experience in fintech, finance, or software solutions
