Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con una importante empresa del sector industrial, la cual se dedica ofrecer soluciones en la distribución de materiales del sector de la construcción para empresas de diversos sectores en el ámbito nacional e internacional, ubicada en la zona del Vallés Occidental, y que actualmente se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a **Customer Service con italiano**.

**¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?**
En dependencia de la Dirección Comercial, la persona seleccionada se encargará de:

- Gestionar la recepción de los pedidos, introducirlos en el sistema y tramitarlos con los proveedores.
- Llevar un seguimiento y control de las compras de importación de todos los clientes de la división.
- Gestionar la documentación relativa a la importación.
- Coordinar con el cliente las entregas de los pedidos.
- Gestionar la documentación derivada de la facturación con el cliente.
- Atender y resolver dudas de clientes, así como incidencias que puedan ocasionarse durante el proceso.
- Realizar el control de stocks i la entrada de material para informar a los comerciales.

- Experiência aproximada de 2 años desarrollando un rol similar.
- Muy valorable disponer de conocimientos en sistema SAP.
- Nível fluido de italiano.
- Te consideras una persona con iniciativa, habilidades de planificación y organización, metódica, actitud resolutiva, habilidades comunicativas, facilidad para colaborar en equipo, responsable e implicada con los objetivos de la compañía.
