We are looking for a qualified Head Technical Account Manager to join our multinational team. As a Head of TAM, you will be overseeing and addressing our customers' technical needs, providing accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring always customer satisfaction.What you will be doing:Acquire excellent product and technical knowledge to provide the best technical support to our clients.Analyze prospects' business and technical requirements, and help plan solutions that meet those needs.Work together with product development teams to customize products for individual customers.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve.Monitor the progress of product installations to ensure that they are successful.Monitor support requests to identify any recurring issues and may recommend changes to products.Identify opportunities to upgrade or modify products to meet customers' needs more effectively.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related studies.Informs and trains clients about products and their use.Reports customer feedback.Responds in a timely way to product-related inquiries.Coordinates with the sales team.Knowledge in the following technologies is essential:SQLProgramming (capable of reading and understanding OOP code for understanding system behaviors)REST APIsBusiness Intelligence toolsExperience in the following areas is a plus: New Relic and Linux.Experience in dealing with customers from a technical approach and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and work effectively with them.Excellent analytical & technical skills, proactive and detail-oriented.What we offer:A global environment with teammates living around the world.Opportunities in a fast-paced growing company.At Eron International, everything starts with our values:Be Direct: We are direct and genuine in all situations.Be Owner: We treat the issues as true owners being accountable for the results.Be Curious: We always ask ourselves what we can do better without settling with the status quo.Be Hero Leader: Lead by example, inspire and influence beyond formal roles.
