Acquire potential clients and retain existing ones. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in the LATAM market. Fluency in Spanish and English. Proven experience in cultural transformation consulting and business strategy. Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships and effectively attract clients.
