.Job Description The Position Key Account Manager (Private Sector) The Private Sector is kept growing during the last years (+5% vs 2022). Currently, in Spain we have more than 12 millions of persons with private insurance (24% of universe), with 441 Private Hospital (54% vs total Hospitals) and with a huge number of Health Care Professional (278M HCP) in this sector. The most number of visit to private specialists are focused in Organon audiences, as such as, Traumatologists, Gynecologist, Dermatologist,… for this figures and the opportunities is this area, Private sector is an important source of Business for Organon now and in the future Responsibilities Achieve annual objectives (Sales) for assigned health private (hospitals, wholesalers, etc.) accounts by leveraging relationships to further penetration in existing accounts and prospecting for new health private customers in private market. Build and apply understanding of health private customer organizations and networks to develop relationship maps. Develop and maintain strong, effective and constructive relationships with external health private customers /partners. Formulate comprehensive and insightful key accounts plans to build, manage and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders. Identify and ensure the sales opportunities through customers impacts (calls, digital impact, etc.) on the key accounts. Support and collaborate with other Business Units to gain product access in key private accounts. Prioritize and manage accounts by assessing appropriate business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local players. Make changes as needed from new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives. Competitive intelligence to analyze environment, territory sales and competitors. Perform local marketing and sales analyses and gain patient flow insights. Track and communicate KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the account plan. Develop relationships always under compliance. Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through the appropriate internal and external channels. Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities. Education, Experience, and Skills University degree MBA / Postgraduate highly valuable Experience Required: 3 years in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment 2 years' experience in account management Skills: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strategic Account Planning: Identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts. Communication and Negotiation: Effective communication and negotiation skills. Financial and Analytical Acumen: Account forecasting and budget management. Project Management and Organization: Coordinating and planning activities for complex accounts
