BauWatch has disrupted the market for temporary security, which we still see as blue-ocean opportunity in most European countries. Backed by a leading purpose-driven investor and with teams already present in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and the UK, we're now growing within Spain. We are looking for a Key Account Manager Construction As Key Account Manager you will work closely with the Managing Director Spain to drive commercial growth, while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives in the construction market. Ultimately, you will manage your accounts to ensure that you meet or exceed the expectations of our business targets and contributes to our company's success in the long run. What would be your responsibilities and duties?Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sectorBuilding and maintaining a relevant network of construction companies (e.G. residential, industrial...)Work closely with marketing team, as well as supporting marketing activities, e.G. by giving company presentations and attending trade fairsWork closely with other members of the sales teamAttend to customer's queriesCustomer-focused attitude is imperativeDirectly responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, building sales partnerships and nurturing relationshipsWork with and contribute to the performance of marketing activities of BauWatch such as carrying out telephone campaigns, giving company presentations and attending trade fairsDeveloping and nurturing new and existing customers and entering into partnerships by building and maintaining own relationship networkFollowing up commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting bond between the customer and BauWatch, by responding to partners' and customers' needsAdvising the key account manager, product management and group management on opportunities and threats in the marketAdvising possible adjustment of the commercial strategy based on his/her own experiences and data collectedSupport sales team in acquisition of new customers by following up on marketing leads To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in managing key accounts and take responsibility for achieving growth targets
